If there are any items that you are not satisfied with or do not want to keep, you may return the item or items within 45 days for a full refund, excluding shipping. The items have to be at our facility within 45 days of the ship date. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags in place. All refunds will be applied to the credit card on which the order was placed. All sales from the Factory Outlet Store are Final. If you place a special order , an item that we do not stock, all sales on these items are Final. You should have received a Customer Return Form with you order.
