LAPCO has been actively monitoring all COVID-19 developments and we feel it is important to communicate the plans in place to mitigate any possible impacts to our employees & customers. The safety of our team and our customers is our top priority and always will be.
We have put these policies in place to ensure we do our part to manage this unprecedented situation responsibly:
Our Headquarters' operating hours will be from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. beginning Monday, March 16, until further notice. This will allow us to support our employees and their families' needs while continuing to serve our customers.
We have adjusted protocols in our facility to promote social distancing, allow for daily, enhanced sanitation, and maximize the safety of our teams.
All visits to and from our facility have been postponed. Meetings and events will be held by telephone or video conference until further notice.
We are discouraging unnecessary group interactions, unnecessary travel, and are adhering to the Center for Disease Control's recommendations of limiting large gatherings in our facility.
We urge everyone to do their part in keeping themselves, their families, and their workplaces safe. We encourage you to check out some of the many great resources available online including www.coronavirus.gov.
From a business stability standpoint, we believe the measures detailed above will serve to keep our team healthy and available to provide the level of service you have come to expect from LAPCO FR.
