I am not sure which size I need. 

  • We recommend using our Retailer Locator to find a distributor near you where you can try LAPCO FR™ products in person.

  • We also provide size charts here, or by clicking the "Size Guide" link on each product page.

    When will my items ship? 

  • Processing Time - All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed before 1:00 pm Central, begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm Central begin processing the next business day.

  • Shipping Time - Shipping time will depend on the service level you choose during checkout & destination location.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If your item is out of stock at the time of purchase, you will be notified of the backorder and given an estimated in-stock date.

  • When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

     

  • What if I need to return or exchange an item? 

  • You may return or exchange most items in their original condition.

  • Items must be new, unwashed and unworn.

  • Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment. Most refunds apply within 2-4 business days depending upon the method of payment.

  • Request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

    Why was my payment declined? 

  • Credit cards and other payment methods can be declined for several reasons. One we see most often is an error in the "Bill To" address. You must be sure that the billing address on file for your payment method matches the billing address on your order.

  • You may also need to double check the credit card number and the CVV2 number of your card.

    I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order? 

  • You may cancel an order at any time before the order ships.

  • Contact us to cancel an order or give us a call at 1 (800) 385-5380 between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm CST and we will be happy to help you.
